F me running. I drove Kelly road when it was dirt in the 60's and 70's...Lynn Road was still dirt.
Kelly Road was the way to our small ranch, all dirt roads. There was a Hell's Angels guy at the big bend in Kelly...nicest guy in the world. I drove it a million times.
I used to park our old El Camino at the house just above Borchard and ride to school.
The picture below is the old place. There were no houses, none, around us. That and all dirt roads. F'ing 17 acres of paradise.
Our house was in the lower right. Again, no houses around us.
I went back a few years ago with a HS buddy of mine and the owners let us in!
Amazing how little had changed. Great house.
