I sold fertilizer commercially for ten years and have never heard of that used as a filler.
I've learned over the years to always get the highest quality material from a reputable manufacturer possible.
I opened a new bag of Harrells yesterday and it was like opening a bag of gold! It's 100% slow release Polyon.......not the ideal choice for every application but for ornamentals it's the way to go!
