Hi Kurt...looks like I have sinned here by posting a question where the answer is in the rebuild book. I have both of waynes books and have been sumerged in the rebuild book for many weeks now.
The phrase 'can't see the trees for the wood' (or something like that) comes to mind. Time to searc and read again.
