Arghhhhh

Golly computers are fun. I had to call back to the newspaper and start over with tech support. After an hour, I got that whipped. So that is working again.

Then I thought I might do some actual work and the business bookkeeping is something that is easier to do a little all the time, and not wait until it is way behind. So I went to the bank site and tried to log in. I kept getting a error that it can't find the enterprise server. So joy of joys I called the bank for tech support. It is a local owned bank, and the good news is the phone is answered and the chick that answered the phone was the one to help me. She suggested I try a different browser, and then I reboot my computer. I know it was not my computer, but I did, still no luck. So I fired up my laptop and had to search for the bank and find the login page. On my regular computer I just have a favorite already set up.

As soon as I went to the log in page I suspected I found the problem, and I did. They have totally revamped and changed the login procedure. It is an all new web page and layout, and log in procedure, with an all new web address. Instead of killing the old link, or just automatically forwarding it, that just leave the old page up to make me frustrated.

So I changed my favorite to the new address, and logged right in. Now I have to figure out how to find the data I download on the new web layout.
