Oil pressure test during start-up.........

Use a mechanical pressure gauge (0~5 bar) installed at the engine where the pressure sender is located. Crank the engine (ignition and fuel system disabled) several times without running the engine, you should see at least 2 bar reading on the gauge. If you are not getting any pressure reading, then time to seriously investigate what could be wrong.
