I did everything I wanted over my 20 years of owning 2 AC 911s.
So sold one on bat 2 years ago.
The other AC 911 sat in my garage after receiving a full restoration.
So last month when some one asked if I would sell it I said I would consider offers.
A deal was made and the last 911 leaves Sunday.
It was a great car 20 years ago for $20k.
Now it's a collectable.
I'm thrilled I got to own and drive it for 20 years before it became too expensive to risk damage from our many adventures, AX and touring with local Porsche clubs.
I'm not giving up on cars, just going to spend a few more years racing my Vintage Camaros.
Having worked on dedicated race cars for the last 10 years you forget what a pain it is to work on production cars.
Race cars are made to work on, production cars are a pain to work on.
After 5 more years of racing then maybe shut down the 8 car garage and convert it to a double air bnb lol.
Sold 2 years ago.
Adios Turbo Look you were an awesome experience.
Last week at the dealer get the numbers matching certificate.
I'm sure it will be a conflicting day watching it leave Sunday.
I still enjoy both of these, maybe hang up the race cars when I turn 70.
