Yep, French Lick once again.
I had a client call and we did a project for them back in 2014 when I worked for a company that had their own printer. I did all the printing and it was a challenge.
The ultimate client wants a 60x90 print, laminated and mounted, and he wants it cut in half left to right and top and bottom. It ends up as 4 - 30x45s that align perfectly right in the middle to make one big ol print. But they can take it off the wall in the four pieces and transport in in the squad car. Take it to another department, tape it to the wall, use dry erase markers on it, wipe off the markers, and bring it back easily.
A 60x90 print is impossible to move unless you have a panel truck handy. With 4 pieces it is a simple. Trying to get the company that does our printing to so just what I need is the hard part. I had to do a lot of extra Photoshop work adding crop marks on each part that will ultimately be cut off and trashed just to give them a easy way to do it.
