She could have slowed down more but there is no excuse on earth for what the cop did. Just inexplicable behavior on the part of the cop. She was not evading him. He had to "show her" because his ego could not accept that she did not pull over immediately. His judgement is so bad, I hope he loses his job. She could have been killed.
