It is the same exact fuel with dye added , and less tax paid on it
I think they only way you can get stung running off road fuel, is when they check your tank.
Then you get red in the face when you see your fines

The cool thing about the red diesel is that when you fill up it takes a few tanks to get the diesel to turn back to the green dye. So jack up the tune on the Cummins and it's like a pride parade wherever i go!
