I went to the Staples office store to get a letter laminated. The girl checked and said they were out of laminating material. I said, I am in a an office supply store and you’re out of laminating material?
I asked if she could pull some from stock and she had to call her manager.
10 minutes later, as I’m just about to walk out the door, the manager brings up one a box of laminating material. I paid for the transaction and noticed on the receipt it has and charge for expedited service at $1.27.
The receipt is also over 24” long for one item.
