It's another one of my, I guess odd, hobbies. When I'm doing a makeover I skim coat all the walls. They look perfect. The last place I did had the most awful wall papering job I've seen. Then they did a few coats of paint to hide
the bad wall papering. A skim coat fixed all of that.
