Might've been me, my uncle had a fair amount of SFH's scattered around. He owned, managed all of them directly as it was part of his business. One particular family refused to pay ontime, refused discussions about bring past rent current, refused to leave.
So he gave them short notice in writing that he needed to replace the old windows / doors. Had his handyman show up, removed the front/ rear doors and all the windows..............when it was still cold outside. They didn't stay too long after that
