My wife is an excellent cook/chef...honestly, she is incredible.
She makes her lunches for the week on Sunday, a combo of things fresh and interesting. She uses dinner and leftovers for Thursday and Friday and augments the fresh.
Everything sealed, packed in her insulated bag in the morning with cold packs. She preps her snacks as well.
You get good at it...frankly, you have to get good at it: nothing says I commute like the "new job" twenty pounds.
