Local real estate attorney just told me , Id just be wasting my money . She gets the same call 10 x a day , and until they lift the moratorium.... Stuck.
So , when do I take MY property back ?
We are now entering month # 7 , she aint leaving . Think they will prosecute if I steal the doors and windows? Id smash em all out, every fking one of them on the first floor. then just replace with new. It will increase my property values , then, I will just ignore the calls and texts, just like the tenants, and government has done to me
Im getting closer to coming unglued.
When does it end? Id be right in that angry mob of landlords if it ever formed and engaged in mostly peaceful tenant removal
