Very cool solution.
The only drawbacks I can see is that the nice floor had to be cut out to accommodate the recessed slider rails. That will gum up with dust quickly, at least in my house.
The motor and drive looked like it was hidden underneath the table from the vid, but it has to impart force to the floor which is 3 feet below. That would require an additional structure underneath or drive linkage. If it's also recessed in the floor it would be an invisible install)
(I only watched the video once and very quickly and wish those parts of the planning were explained a bit better. Those factors were a whistle overhead.)
