Many out there received some form of gov funds that goes towards rent but ended up keeping it for themselves or buy a big screen TV because they are stuck at home anyway. My one tenant paid absolutely not a fooking dime and I know he still had a job at full pay. There aint aiht we can do about it but wait. I suspect he will be there for another 12 months if this lifts by July due to court back up and everything else. If he files for bankruptcy, that will extend for another 6 months on top of that.
