I have a 2002 996 C2 and I'm in the process of changing the manual transmission oil. I got a kit that included two plugs. When I pulled fill plug out, I was confronted by an odd shaped plug and a circular magnet that is loose in the transmission case (held magnetically to the side). Can anyone tell me what I'm looking and what it should be? My inclination is realign the hole and reinsert the factory plug.
