The rail is in the center. I actually added wood the thickness of the tires to have a recessed look. I had to have the SC flairs
This is a YMCA thing so I still have to get the rules and give them their 2 bucks per car. This one is a cub scout leftover from my neighbors kid. I think they will be the same specs. If not this one is just practice
