Is it even legal to store them in a residential area? I'm guessing not.
I had a similar issue where a contractor left a dumpster in my driveway, he was responsible for removal but wouldn't pay. Dumpster owner wouldn't move it for me unless I agreed to pay the contractors entire bill, which included several other projects he had on the go.
Mr. Dumpster changed his tune when I told him I was going to have another company empty the dumpster and leave it at his house.
