Spam.
The only thing to do, if you were curious is to log onto your PayPal via net (not link) and check your transactions. Likely to be spam where the spammer would like you to confirm the transaction via calling them or clicking on a link where they will then want to verify your identity (i.e., get all your info from you for future fraud).
