Made my own for the first time. I slaughtered a hog a week ago. They were a little overstuffed, but 3 hours of applewood and briquettes at 250F didn’t result in any blowouts and they tasted just about perfect. Potato salad and green salad were homegrown as well. Genuine farm to table eating here.
