They absolutely do this. Buy up cars and sell them.
I hate the unsolicited offers. I nearly got in a fight with someone in our driveway one time when I refused to give them a price on a car I was working on. The dumb bastard just couldn’t understand when I said, it’s not my car and it’s not for sale 🙄🙄🙄
