This is a video of Champlain South Tower unit 611 from July of 2020. Towards the end they are walking around in the parking garage and you can see some of the ceiling there, it looks bad, really bad. Notice the car that has a cover on it, it is parked by the column where the collapse is said to have started, notice the ceiling in that area and the puddle of water on the walking area. You also see the ramp where the water was raining down and the clumps of debris were in the video the people filmed a few minutes before the collapse.
The lady that purchased this unit was the lady that survived. She said she woke up to seeing cracks and got out as fast as she could, I can't remember her whole name, but it is in the comments of the video.
