9116301689 is a 1976 911 for ROW (that is not for North America).
6373208 is 911/81 for 1977 ROW
The date mismatch definitely means the original engine has been replaced. I can find the original engine #.
I don't have the Turbo serial ranges at hand, but that appears to be a split serial range.
