Nope, never heard of it.

I use USPS a lot for personal and business items and have never had anything but stellar service. In fact, my last 2 deliveries arrived ahead of time.

I wonder if it is limited to one bad manager, if it is occurring. I had an unreasonably demanding boss who insisted project deadlines be met or exceeded no matter what. This resulted in a specific piece of medical equipment being released to market that was plagued by recalls.
