G`day gentleman, I`m setting up my Ecu master Black ECU and it needs (all of them do) a proper trigger setup. In the case of Emu Black it needs to know a number of teeth including missing ones (no surprise here), First Trigger Tooth (let`s call it FTT) and Trigger Angle (TA).
My trigger wheel is 60-2 located at the pulley. The sensor is VR looking at 11-th tooth when at TDC (shown at the pic)
So, the whatever logic I have it tells me the FTT should be 11, which makes TA around 66 (6 degrees per tooth) but when I put this numbers the timing light shows no TDC. So to have a TDC at timing light I had to move my TA to 117 degrees. Those examples on Emu Black trying to explain it but since they have a sensor BEFORE TDC and in my case a sensor goes AFTER TDC I have no idea of what to put in. And should I mention she doesn`t start?
The TA on Emu could be between 30 and 120 degrees only but there are other things like "ignition output offset" to sort out phasing (I assume)/
Please someone tell me what numbers I should put in and why?
I`m stupid, apparently...
