I am no expert on exact year. Looks like the early ones had a bend in them and the 19MM is in a different place. Purchased from Stoddard probably back in the late 70s was NOS then. I have used it, so its not museum quality, but good used condition.
Taking up space in my tool box, I do not need it, hopefully one of u Pelicans do want it.
