I had as a good a day today as I possibly could for you. I rode my bike slowly and enjoyed the smells on the wind and the sun. I rolled on my back in the grass where nobody could see me water them with my tears. I ate good food and took time to appreciate it. At every single moment, you were with me. You still are, and always will be. I will miss you. Terribly. You have a GIANT perimeter to patrol now... keep all those that went before you safe. Goodbye, my beautiful Pete.”
