Certain things have been hard to source for months now, Im sure you have all heard about the modules, and lots of factory parts from dealers, have quite simply been on back order, with no future in sight .
Now, it is starting to get to the run of the mill consumeables .
I just heard a rumor that our local Advance auto parts ran out of rotors, so I called them.
No rumor, no rear rotors for Ford 150, transit vans, and he mentioned several other import models , that they have been out of stock on for a few weeks, with no signs of delivery any time soon .
He also mentioned filters, he said their shelves are starting to look bare, and nothing on the pipeline .
The story he gave was , all of the inventory is sitting in ships in ports in Ca, with no dock workers to make the magic happen .
I have basically been through this whole mess unscathed, hope it stays that way .
