Hello All. I've just joined the forum. I'm in England. Sorry about that...someone's got to live here. And sorry that I don't really know how the forum works. I've tried to 'search' for my topic (I'm sure it's been covered before) but can't figure out how to do that ? What should I click on to do a search ?
Anyway - I bought Wayne's book 101 Projects which lead me here. I was hoping that draining the fuel system was covered in the book but there's no fuel filter underneath my car - so I assume there was a design change after 2001. The car has stood on jacks for 6yrs so I assume the fuel has gone bad and the whole system will need flushing through. Can I break open a connection under the car to drain down the tank ? If so, could you send me some nice clear pics to show where/how.
Any help most welcome.
Not sure if it's allowed to put up my email address but here goes:

Paul
My car is UK registered Sept 2002, 996 Gen2, C2, 3.6L, Tiptronic, Targa, RHD.
There's a lot to do on the car - it was my brothers but his restoration work stopped when he became ill. Any other advice for getting it back up and running will be much appreciated.
