Houston Methodist Hospital made it mandatory. They released those that did not get vaccinated or have a religious or health exemptions. The employees sued. Texas court tossed the case.
US military has yet to make the covid vaccine mandatory. I know of no Marine case. List of current vaccine requirements for military.
