No idea about Cali. but just bought one for my wife here in NY. No discounts or service offers, the price was the price. Also car was due for delivery August 1st and the salesman called me last week to tell me Porsche is having an issue with one of the electronic systems on the 2021 cars and the car will be delayed 2-3 months.
