I believe a vaccinated person can contract and carry the delta variant, but generally don’t get seriously ill from it. Even if they don’t get seriously ill themselves they can infect others.
At this point I’m ready to give up on the anti-vaxers and let natural selection take its toll. My brother is one of them. I would hate to see him suffer, but damn, you can’t fix stubborn. It’s like the story about the guy in the flood.
