At this point I’m ready to give up on the anti-vaxers and let natural selection take its toll. My brother is one of them. I would hate to see him suffer, but damn, you can’t fix stubborn. It’s like the story about the guy in the flood.

From what I've read it all depends on the severity of the case as to whether a vaccinated person is capable of spreading it or not. And then that all goes back to what sort of reaction they had to the vaccine dose 1 and 2. The theory goes; the stronger the immune response, the more antibodies, the more antibodies the less viral load if you get infected. The less the viral load, the lower your chance of spreading viral particles.
