I've used chopsticks my whole life, obviously. I prefer the cheap squarish wooden kind, that you buy in bulk at Chinese markets. The delicate pointy ones are pretty, but don't shovel quite as effectively in my opinion.
I used to be a regular at a sushi bar in L.A. where you could have your own personal chopsticks stored in a shelf behind the sushi chef. When you walked in, your chopsticks were removed from their fancy case and placed before you. Cool.
Remember that scene where Jet Li kills an assassin with his chopsticks?
