No.

A few reasons.

One how are people that cannot get a voter ID going to get a vaccine, and how are they going to be found or tracked?

Two. There are alternative methods now for measuring CV anti-bodies. There are many millions of people that had CV that did not know, I am one of those. If I have a level of anti-bodies commensurate with the vaccine, why should I get the vaccine. It makes zero sense.

I just wish the numbers had a basis in reality. The whole CV affair has been a CAD model of a Cluster Foxtrot and I do not see that changing.
