A while back, I went to a Korean noodle restaurant with my friend John. He's a denizen of the chopstick culture, and I was ashamed of myself for being such a poor citizen of the world that I needed a fork. I always need a fork. LSS, I practiced for a month with 100 coffee beans every night, out of the bowl into another bowl, in addition to using them at meals.
Sadly, I didn't get much better. Stiff little fingers, not nimble.....
