I am sure she noticed my hunk of a body and wanted an excuse to meet me.

If you verify the address on the website...the package is legally yours to keep.
1). What probably happened is that some major scammer operation used your address with a stolen credit card sourced from the internet.
2). They tracked the package and maybe followed the delivery truck.
3). Then the young "girlfriend" was sent in to take it from you.
If they sent it to scuzzy neighborhoods, it probably would have been re-stolen before they got to it.
