I'm almost 60 (November), could drop 20 lbs, ex smoker, and am not taking the current vax. Reason, I personally know 2 people who took the vax under doctor's recommendation and have been in the hospital off and on for 3 weeks with an onslaught of health issues. Our forum member HS in Fallbrook has same experience with his wife. I prefer to wait for an FDA approval and preferably more time to see what shakes out. The CV itself has a 99% survival rate and treatment is constantly evolving.

Now CA and many other states are bordering on another lockdown, regardless of vax record.

I am not anti-vax, have taken many in my life, but I am uneasy with this one for the reasons stated.
