First the supreme court needs to rule if it is even legal.
The CDC is essentially taking control of private property and taking the use of the rental properties from the control of the owners. 100% of all taxes, and mortgage payments continue, just zero income. The apartments that have "all bills paid" must be really hurting. How can the CDC say to a landlord, you have to pay the costs and just eat the loss, it will never get repaid, never be reimbursed, you just have to accept the massive loss. What are the constitutional rights of the owners? Are they just ignored?
