And you guys know what is going to happen? The eviction moratorium will be extended from an Oct 30 end date to end of March 2022. Why? Because you can't put people on the streets during winter. I have a few tenants that are behind. One tenant is a deadbeat and hasn't paid anything since June 2020. Another one was good and didn't pay July's rent because they were getting rental assistance. Rental assistance came in, but the money they saved by having the gov't pay their rent, they bought a dog. Fukn priorities!
