Take a drive up to Bryce Canyon. Its worth the 2 hour drive. have lunch at the village or downtown area before you go into the park. Its very nice there.
Hit the museums downtown. I heat the Atomic and the Mob museum is worth the visit. go downtown and check out the freaks at night. It kinda of fun and different and you wouldn't see that anywhere else.
