I much more prefer the support and flexibility of the NB's. I've been doing this gig for 26 years and most of my tasks are driving tractors with hydro static transmissions, maintaining those things, lots of walking and repairs..
Boots are completely over rated for flat work unless it is cold.

I asked about work shoes on a new thread I started a month ago and the one answer that stuck in my craw was western boots. I'm still looking.
