Looks like a dental appointment in my future. I think it's because i grind my teeth in my sleep, too much jaw pressure. Any Pelicans have that problem and sleep with a mouthguard?

My teeth are grind flat like an old horse according to my dentist so I have been wearing the mouth guard for the past 4-5 years now. I chew through that too in a couple years. I don't think I am stressed but I must be? Sucked in the beginning but you get use to it within a couple weeks. Only thing is, dry mouth. I become a mouth breather at times with this guard.
