Which is very important in the winter and wet season as we have mud everywhere. I dont liek boots too heavy and hot and uncomfortable. Ofcourse i have regular shoes for going out. They are also getting pretty old they are a pair of vans i bought new in 2006. The front and back of the souls are down to the ribs occasionally i super glue a bicycle tube on the edges to prolong the life because they are still in good shape on top

This reminds me of a 15 yr old kid and his dad that i saw in a Thrift. The kids tennies were absolutely falling apart and his dad was pleading with him to try on a newer pair. The kid kept stoicaly saying that his were just fine..
I figured the kids obsession was mental illness..and that he was holding his parents feet to the fire.
