The Ford only comes in 4x4 and according to Car&Driver only Super Crew cab. It will also have independent rear suspension. It's price is within a gnats azz of the base gas 4×4 Super Crew cab. Any tax credits make it cheaper. It has a lot more functionality for a contractor looking for employee work truck.
Ford knows what they are doing. Along with the 2022 E Transit they are going to sell a boatload to the commercial community.
