The guy I use is really good and surprisingly affordable. He did the headliner in my Cayman last year for $175. It looks factory perfect. Everywhere else was close to $1,000.
He fixed the wear on my 280Z seat many years ago that had similar damage and just replaced the bad section. You couldn't tell it had been repaired.
