Last Saturday, we (my wife, her to brothers and I) went to visit their cousins north of Scranton, PA. Haven't seen them in over 3 years!
So Jacklyn is into art and digital photography. She shows us some of her pics at an online art forum: deviantart. Never heard of this website before. Now, the following Tuesday, in the "More random pics" OT thread, a link to a 911 / BMW 3 Series photochop comes up.

Weird. But there's more...
During dinner, Ron, the father, and Mike, the son are sharing some possible upgrades to their Ford F350 Diesel. One of the upgrades discussed are Jake brakes. I had never heard of these things, although I now know what the "brrr..brr..brrr..." sound is when the semi trucks are slowing down.
On Monday, over on Rennlist, I start a thread on driving misconceptions. We start discussing braking and specifically, engine braking. Wouldn't you know it, "Jake brake" systems are also discussed.

Now can it be that these are somehow linked? Is there Someone up there messing around with my mind? Am I paranoid?
I really think I should buy a Semi truck with Jake Brakes and find a 911/3-Series chop and run it over. Preferrably in Scranton.
Yeah, this is what too much snow will do to you!
Thanks for letting me share!
