The best and safest way is to remove the runners from the intakes and tap them out from the underside with a thin socket if they are like the phenolic liners on an 80 -> 83. On a 73.5T hopefully it's a lot easier than an 80's G body without all the extra CIS emissions vacuum pods. You might be able to get away with not even a partial drop.
