As a road cyclist, I side with the dumptruck driver here.
I ride with my Head. On. A. Swivel.
Steve, it doesn't sound like the cyclist was planning to blow the light, he was anticipating the green. Unfortunately, he failed miserably to see that the dump truck had his signal on, and was slowly building up speed while making a legal right turn.
Oh, and then belittling the dump truck driver. What an ass.
